At the core of my approach to therapy is the belief that you don’t need to change who you are.

I know first-hand that perfectionism, overthinking, and anxiety can feel like too much. But you don’t need to change who you are to feel better. Your anxiety is a signal that you’ve been carrying more than anyone should have to on their own.

Therapy gives you a safe, supportive space to sort through what feels overwhelming. Together, we’ll work on easing the weight of life’s pressure, so you can feel more relaxed, grounded, and at peace.

I believe that therapy is more than just coping skills.

You’ve probably already tried everything you can think of…maybe pushing through, trying to be “perfect,” distracting yourself with social media or Netflix, maybe you’ve even tried therapy before. And yet, the anxiety and overwhelm still come back.
