Therapy for Anxiety
Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic attacks or jumping to the worst-case scenario. Sometimes it shows up as overthinking every interaction, replaying conversations when your mind is idle in the shower, or constantly trying to be “good enough” for everyone around you.
Whether your anxiety centers around your relationships or shows up in everyday life, therapy offers a place to explore what’s beneath the surface — and build a calmer, more trusting relationship with yourself.
General Anxiety
Maybe your mind is always on. You wake up already overwhelmed, make endless to-do lists, and still feel like you're falling short. Your body might feel tense more often than not, and rest doesn’t always feel restful. You might struggle to relax because you’re worried about what you’ll forget, mess up, or miss.
Anxiety can be exhausting—and it often leaves you feeling alone in a struggle no one else seems to see.
In therapy, we’ll create space to:
Identify the thought patterns and beliefs that fuel your anxiety
Learn grounding tools and coping skills to manage day-to-day stress
Rebuild trust in your ability to handle uncertainty and imperfection
Explore what life could feel like when you're no longer operating from constant tension
You don't have to keep running on empty just to keep up. Peace is possible—and it can start with a single shift.
Relationship Anxiety
You might be the one who keeps the peace—apologizing often, hiding how you really feel, or putting others first to avoid conflict. Underneath it all, there may be a fear that being fully yourself could push people away.
This is relationship anxiety. It can leave you second-guessing, walking on eggshells, and tying your worth to others' approval.
In therapy, we’ll work on:
Understanding the roots of people-pleasing
Strengthening your self-worth
Speaking your truth without guilt
Creating relationships where you feel fully accepted
You deserve to be your whole self—without fear.
