Therapy for Men

A space for you to be seen, heard and supported

Society places so much pressure on men to be tough, handle things on their own, and keep their emotions locked up in order to appear “socially acceptable.”

Society doesn’t always make space for guys to be vulnerable, and that can make it hard to ask for help or even just talk about what’s really going on.

I want you to know that therapy doesn’t have to be weird or uncomfortable. It can be a safe spot where you can drop the act, be yourself, and work through whatever’s on your mind without judgment.

Whether you’re stressed out, dealing with relationship stuff, or just trying to figure out life, I’m here to listen and support you.
