At A Shifted Perspective Therapy, I work with women who are doing their best in a world that always seems to ask for more. You’re managing the demands of work, relationships, family, expectations—and still wondering if it’s ever enough.

Maybe you’re exhausted from the pressure to be everything to everyone. Maybe you're juggling the mental load, keeping the house running, showing up for others—and quietly questioning your own worth in the process.

This is a space where you can put it all down. A space where you can come as you are—messy bun, dishes in the sink, and knowing the kids will be eating chicken nuggets again- for the second night in a row. You don’t have to have it all together to be worthy of care. You deserve support, not because you're struggling, but because you're human.

In therapy, we’ll work together to shift the patterns that keep you stuck in self-doubt, perfectionism, or overwhelm—and help you reconnect with a version of yourself that feels empowered, grounded, and enough exactly as you are.
