About Olivia
Therapist & Practice Owner Licensed in California
I’m so excited you’re here and thinking about taking this step for yourself!
I’m here to support you.
If you’ve landed here, chances are you’ve been feeling unseen or unfulfilled in your relationships…
Maybe you’ve spent so much time taking care of others or keeping the peace that you’ve started to lose sight of yourself.
You might struggle to say “no” without guilt, or find it hard to trust your own voice and needs.
Perhaps your confidence has been shaken by past experiences, leaving you questioning your worth or your place in the relationships around you.
You may feel disconnected — not just from others, but from yourself.
If this resonates, I want you to know you're not alone — and it’s absolutely possible to build more self-trust, connection, and clarity in your life.
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I provide individual therapy tailored to support you in reaching your personal goals. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard, understood, and gently encouraged to grow. I’ll be by your side—to support you, to offer thoughtful guidance, and to walk with you as you move toward the change you’re seeking.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and active. I’ll help you explore new ways of thinking and provide practical tools to navigate anxiety and life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence.
"You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging."
~Brené Brown
My Background
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over three years of experience, and I believe the most powerful part of therapy is the relationship itself. Feeling safe, seen, and understood is essential — and I’ll always support you in finding the right fit, even if that’s not with me.
I bring warmth, honesty, and a grounded approach to my work, primarily supporting women in their 20s and 30s navigating anxiety, low self-worth, boundary challenges, and relationship struggles. Many of my clients say they appreciate that I get it — not just clinically, but personally too.
Before private practice, I worked with diverse populations, including those facing depression, anxiety, addiction, and homelessness. These experiences shaped my belief in the strength of resilience and the healing power of compassion.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and am trained in CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My approach is integrative and tailored to what works best for you to help you grow in the ways that feel most effective to you.
